Our Products
Live Lobsters from Canada (Homarus Americanus) - we only handle hard shell Canadian Lobsters from the pristine waters of Atlantic Canada. We have strong capabilities with our facilities and have year round supply. We do the best we can year round in terms of quality and pricing to ensure that we support our customers.
Frozen Lobster Products (Homarus Americanus) - We work with high standard facilities to provide you with a great quality supply and good price levels. We have frozen cooked, frozen raw and HPP lobster product lines.
Fresh and Frozen Mussels (Mytilus Edulis) - Certified Organic Mussels from Newfoundland. Our large volume supply of fresh and frozen mussels is direct from the farms in Newfoundland. The iceberg cold and naturally clean and pristine waters ensures the best quality.
Fresh Premium Steelhead /Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) - High quality Rainbow Trout from the fish farm in the North Atlantic. We have consistent high quality supply to meet your needs. Whole dressed gutted, or fillets.
Fresh Red Drum (Sciaenops ocellatus) - Fresh whole or fillets from the Fish Farm in the tropical water of Mauritius. Consistent year round supply shipped to you directly from Mauritius.
Fresh Dusky Kob (Argyrosomus japonicus) - Fresh Dusky Cob, whole gutted or fillets. Shipped to you directly from Mauritius.
